Ermm okay like you never heard the Madonna song before... Oh you just don't want to admit it?
Well I'm a wealth of knowledge when it comes to music lyrics which can be good and bad. In any event. I am on holiday this week. So what has been the plan? Not a heck of a lot.
I spent time with the family this weekend and saw baby Paige. Now I ain't a baby guy but they sure is cute and my sister and her hubby are happy so that makes me happy!
As for me and the missus, we been hanging out and takin the doggie on long walks. It has been fun, especially since the weather has been so great!
I have been trying to work out consistently and have got 3 out of the last five days in so I am a little happy bout that.
Man we were playing some soccer at my dad's place and though tiring I am happy my hamstring held out!
Oh and I'm off to get a exercise ball for the missus and a heart rate monitor for me...
