I am psyched as my goddess gave me a Garmin GPS heart monitor 301 for my birthday. OK so my birthday isn't until the middle of June but I answered the door when the delivery came and well I gotta learn how to use it and well it's cool!
Here it is...
I am now learning about different training zones and heart rates and resting rates and I was gonna wear it to my hockey game and see what was what but I fear I may break it...
Anyway that is that. Killer weather coming so training will be done inside!
And "Sister in law alert - Sister in law alert!" " ...hehe nah she's OK and she will be here in a couple days so I gotta make the house semi presentable (wink to the goddess)
