Belated Happy Birthday to Me!

Yep I just hit the big 39 er em yah... Hey if it was good enough for Jack Benny!?!

It was a few days ago but it was fun! You can see what I got if you look a few messages back. I also scored a new puter game, a couple pairs of shorts, a couple of Cd's and a couple of running shirts, so all in all a great b'day!

Been a pretty good boy this week minus the cake and beer (hey it was my birthday y'know). Cycled 3 days (Coach Troy'd it to test out my legs a bit) and ran twice...

Running a soft 5k to get me going again :) The heart monitor makes me laugh (and the pace settings) telling me "speed up, slow down, too fast" sounds like "my goddess" ;)

Well that's it. Positive energy out to Tri Guy on his race this weekend :)
