Ok so I did a 60 min spin yesterday with a combine 60 minutes of aerobics and stretching.
This includes sets of push ups, ab work and leg work (including stairs) .
I have always found this cross training to benefit my other activities in general.
Yep I blew off running yesterday so today I MUST run 5 to 7k!
I'll combine that with my usual stretching and a bike tune up.
Oh yeah, missed the garbage man, sucks, My wife and I don't create that much garbage but recycling!! And seeing as it was recycling day too ... Sigh damn these holidays ;)
