Sup? Well I am back. After a few days off for pushin too hard (quiet tri guy!) I came back with a minnie vengeance.
I decided to do my legs and ab work but you know, sometimes you gotta pay attention.
Concentration is the key!
Yep all that kinda stuff. Mid legs work I jump stairs, more for vertical leap work, I still hope to slam dunk a basketball some day ;)
Well my pooch don't like when I do this thing, seems she is the jump police. She starts barkin at me and I start losing concentration and I'm in my second set of 10 when "whammo" I land full force on the edge of the marble top step on my shin bone. The same one I lacerated last spring. Needless to say it has swelled up pretty bad but it is just a contusion (thank god) no crack, no severe pain.
I was still able to spin for an hour before I decided enough was enough.
Heh, my wife and I had a good laff about it and then I iced it...
The test will be work and running tomorrow.
Concentration is the key, yep, but who is John Lock? (ok ok just a little Lost TV show humour)
