Saturday in the Park ...

Ok, so I didn't make it to the park...

But I did do my aerobic workout and spun to Coach Troy's "Muscle Breakdown" DVD and did some (not enough) stretching...

I also dropped a couple pounds to 195!! Ok, ok, it may just be water but I would like to get to my comfort weight of 182 to 185. I am 6 foot 1 and a smidgen so 182 to 185 aint too bad...

I was pleasantly surprised that my legs don't feel too bad today. Coach Troy can really hurt when you give-er!

I am off to do a quick (hoping it's quick) 5k. OK Triguy, I'm gonna see what my PB is ;)

I will do this after I recharge my garmin fortrex!

I'm debating on weights or aerobics today as my girls have yard work for me to do. "Thanks dog!" its a small yard!

Bro, careful on the 5k speed workout. Jacking up the speed too quick is a recipe for injury!

Why do you call yourself Red Dog?

I call myself that b/c Cliff = Clifford = Big Red Dog. I use to get tease a lot when I was a kid. As I got older, I tease myself.

Reddog is short for reddogfive which is a nickname from online games and a tribute to my "blue" cattledog.

I wanted to use Bluedog but many have used this nickname so red is the other colour of cattledog, so I chose Reddog.
