New Years is Around the Corner any goals yet?

Are you ready for 2007? I am. I think it will be a great year for my friends and family.

Leah is ready to break out with her business (see the link below). My sis and I-guy are expecting their first child. Triguy is steadily improving with his training! We are hoping to make a trip 'across the pond" this spring. Yep lots to look forward to.

I think I learned allot from 2006. Not to push yourself too hard and not to take things too serious when it comes to life cuz though you try and keep balance every once in awhile you lose it and fall (see previous bike injury). Remember "falling is easy it's getting back up that becomes the problem" (Staind).

Falling is something that happens to everyone. EVERYONE! That's life. Though you can't take anything or anyone for granted you should strive to be the best human you can be. Question yourself. This will lead to recovery and strength and though it may seem like a "problem" with a little help from friends and a little effort of your own, you can raise yourself up. I know I have fallen may times and I'm still here :) In fact so are my best friends!

So though I am being serious (scary but true) that doesn't mean you can't set some goals. So in 2007 lets do this. Start slow and work to something new. I don't care what it is, your first painting, first 10k, first child ;) hey post some of your goals here!

And remember if ya need help all you gotta do is ask!
