
Well I post a picture of a tumbling bear and to borrow a phrase I get "smoted"!
Yep been outta commission for a couple of weeks after a pretty bad slip and fall. I was bruised and battered (back, foot, achilles and ankle) But after some rest amd modified duties, I am back to a regular routine as of yesterday (though the back is always an issue).
I was able to spin for 35 mins and do some core work and stretching. What I learned from this "always wear your spikes and don't make fun of polar bears" (see last post). That's why I'm posting a picture from the triathlon race from the Summer Olympics in Australia. Thinking positive for this year.
