What about Fathers!?!

Yes I didn't meet to snub or slight fathers last week but I was talking about me last post (quelle surprise) and unless something happened I don't know about, I ain't no father.

But belated Happy FD (fathers day) to Rehab man and Pops and any others of you out there that got little ones or clones out there somewhere ...

Now on to me again :) I have been running and spinning and I have been doing OK. I have yet to get back into the core training as well when it's so fricking hot I just want to do one thing and crash or rest.

What's with people riding on the sidewalk? I came outta a local store and almost got hit by a cyclist on the SIDEWALK! He gives me a "whatever man" when I tell him get on the frickin road! Oh and where a helmet please! Some people don't need there brains splattered on the road (or sidewalk) They need their heads examined!!!
