Hi. I been here. I just been busy. OK I haven't been that busy, but I am in the midst of hockey playoffs in my men's rec league (lost 4-3). One more game to go and we start spring/summer league in a month. Sigh time flies!
I have been back on th training "beam" and added a new (used ) road bike to my collecton thanks to a bud... Have yet to ride er but the weather here in the "big smoke" is almost there!
Sandwiched a few runs in between mostly spinning sessions due toa sore foot. This sucks as my job has me on my feet for a minimum 6 hours straight and to come home and run another 6 to 10 k is tough. Still haven't signed up for a race because of the foot issues but hope to do at least a 10K in the next couple of months...
Ah well, goin to the orthotics guy next week so hopefully that will correct the issues.
Happy Birthday ! Pops turns 70 next week but we are suprising him early.
