Bleh, what a "crappy" week!
Very busy at work and my wife came down with the flu...
So what do I do? Look at it as a challenge , suck it up and train hard?
Nope, I go into the "I'm too sore today" mode and miss a few key work outs ... Sigh, now I got the stomach flu and those "negative" runs ... We'll leave it at that...
I gotta get by the first few weeks of training and into a groove, here is a great quote!
"Ninety percent of this game is physical...The other half is mental".
Yeah what he said.
