Yep, tear down is a bitch! Lugging all the stock and booth stuff all over hells high acre just to get to the car. Oh and not being able to use the wheels on the rolling case because it will scuff the floor in the lobby of the convention centre... Sigh, well after 3 hours and some aching arms I did it!
Needless to say with that tear down I was unable to do my run... that and a case of food poisoning. Remember, I am excuse man!?!
Well I am taking took a couple days off work and though it's raining (right now) I plan to do my run today. it will be a slow 6 or 7 k depending how my stomach holds up...
