What?!? Posting Again? Moi?

Yep, I had to do Coach Troy's Spinervals Muscle Breakdown today for my spin session. I do it once a week since I bought it and it leaves my legs nice and burnt...

I also did my aerobic workout for 30 min and stretched for 30 min so I is ready for some Zzzzz's.

All this and no dogs to worry about, heh, except for the lovely Didginator!

She rocks!
