Testing the legs..

After being "punished" by "my goddess", I started the short week with 45 minutes of yoga basic 45 minutes of running to test out the injury and 15 minutes of stretching.

Though a little sore today I will continue with some core training and a easy spin day as to not fatigue the legs too much...

Nothing else going on...
