Oh my "goddess" Yoga is hard!
I have done some (3 days ) of yoga with my wife (goddess) this past week to help my flexibility and strength and compliment my cycling and running.
Man its hard. Let's just say when you gotta balance and lift and hold good posture... Well I always knew I was a little "unbalanced".
Due to some hockey related injuries from last week (and another short bench this week) I had to take it easy so I spun two days but avoided running. Plus add in my three days of yoga work...
I am running to test out my shin/knee today or tomorrow and hope for the best :)

Yoga is painful....but after a few months of messing with it. I start to enjoy it and find myself a bit more flexible.
