Well no blog in awhile but nephew time is here!
My nephew is here from Alberta for his annual visit (second it 2 years).
He is nine going on 10 and he is energy man (maybe it is all the sugar he consumes)
He is more than a work out (again where do they get all that energy?)
Training has taken a tumble, I have been in holiday mode for the past two weeks only finding time to stretch and swim (at my Dad's place at Wasaga beach)...
I am there in spirit with Triguy, read about his excellent result and race report through the link!
I received my Spinervals coach Troy 4 pack in the mail so I gotta spin cuz it's too dam hot outside 40 Celsius with the humidex. No race in site as I am not ready ATM but August and September are gonna be good months for me...
