Ahh Star Wars Princes Leia and her "danish pastry" hair style... Brings back fond memories... Err ahem. Yes happy fourth to my friends to the south.
Not much to report as I am being "brutalized" by removing linoleum off hardwood. Two blisters, sore back and knees and well lets say that a body wasn't meant to be hunched over for hours on end! The horror, the horror.
Little time for training some nice long hot showers and stretching but I am gong to reward myself with a run tonight. Because I plan to be finished the floor today! Wahoo...
Ahh holidays are fun when you got lots of work around the house! But wait my 10 year old nephew lands for a visit this week! I hope he is into cycling while I run!!
