Not being too tough when it comes to running in bad weather I realize I must take advantage of good weather. Sounds easy enough eh?
October and November in Canada means cooler temperatures and rain, snow or a combination of both. So what does that mean? Flexibility. I am not the most flexible person by most standards but I realize that I must learn to be more flexible and take advantage "good weather" days.
I am not training for anything at the moment and coming off a long layoff due to back problems. So I will spin when i can't run and spin and run some days (this means I may run more days than I want to and have to vary my distances/times. I can always spin indoors but not having a treadmill nor the space for one this is the way it will have to be.
Did I mention flexibility?
I missed the inaugural social run of Triguy. I hope to be there at the next one in a couple weeks. I hope the weather is good ;)
