Talk about SAUCY!

Hehe it's getting down to crunch time... Dancing with the Stars, American Idol and the Stanley Cup Playoffs! OK, disregard the first two (though this i hard as they seem to get more media attention than hockey!!!) Looks like the NHL has to work on their format or their game or the length of the playoffs or all of the above... Man tough break for Team Canada at the hockey worlds ... But when you have a 2 goal lead going into the third period you have no one to blame but yourself...

Grats goes out to Triguy and Rehab man as they both ran the halfer last weekend. A PB for Darren and I'm not sure bout Rehab man... Hope he didn't have trouble walking this week ;)

As for me an OK week but not such a great weekend (rain and colder weather kept me inside- yeah a woos tail). Have incorporated core in addition to my spinning and running but as such was only able to get to 3 sessions this week. I'm up to the 6 k runs and they aren't a problem but if ya can believe it I aggravated my second toe (who knows what this is called!?!) working in the garden last weekend and it still bugs me (though more of an irritant than a dull throbbing pain)...

Finally three week old picks of the girls are up but I choose to show Miss "Saucy" as the breeder has yet to let us know which girl is for us... Enjoy!
